Captain Marcaccio is one of those guys who just make you smile when his name is mentioned!For years I have booked trips with him; many for my personal enjoyment and numerous for family and friends. His angling abilities coupled with his personalized attention to each angler is priceless. I don't consider myself a customer of Capt. Marcaccio's. I consider myself a life long client and friend.

When people ask me about Paul Marcaccio... I ask them… how much time do you have? I met Paul almost 30 years ago as a patient at his eye clinic. His professionalism and attention to detail was uncommon. When I had the opportunity to hire him as a fishing guide, it became obvious that everything he does, he does with zeal! Capt. Paul Marcaccio is a friend, professional angler, teacher and entertainer. Not only have I enjoyed fishing with him for over a decade, I have hired his services for business associates, employees and other friends. I’ve sat in on some of Paul’s seminars and workshops on fishing the Galveston Bay complex. His information is always interesting, accurate and very helpful. He doesn’t just take you to the fish, he also teaches you how to find them. I have used Capt. Paul to organize corporate tournaments with as many as 50 participants. He can arrange for licensed Captains, boats, a weigh master, food and prizes. Most importantly, he provides a great time to everyone involved. He really entertains!

I'm an avid fisherman and fish an average of over 100 times per year. There are a few months a year that I struggle with and I wanted some knowledge to increase my catches during these tough months. I booked my first trip with Captain Paul for that reason. Being a full time guide forover 20 years at that time, I knew he would have the knowledge I needed. We met at the ramp and right off I could tell this was going to be a day to remember. He was very professional, clean cut and his boat was in immaculate condition along with all of his gear. I learned a bunch about fishing that day, but I also got much more out of it than just a good day on the water. I developed a friendship. I have fished with Captain Paul many times since then and he continues to teach me something everytime we go out. Our relationship is one that I've grown to cherish. I can also tell you that through my learnings from Captain Paul I caught the trout of a lifetime that now rests above my fireplace. I look forward to every trip we take.
